Hodson of Hodson Realty completes $3.35 million sale for 2M Partners, LLC; Walwer of Academic Co-Realty Services represents buyer
Stephen Hodson, broker of Hodson Commercial, division of Hodson Realty, Inc., has concluded a $3.35 million sale of 2415 Reservoir Ave. The principal buyer of the property is ND Acquisitions LLC (National Development). National Development is in a joint venture with Epoch Senior Living of Waltham and Hawthorne Partners, a development firm of Stoneham, for the construction of a 64-unit, two-story memory care facility on the 4.4 acre property. Epoch Senior Living, with two dozen independent living, assisted living and memory care centers, will be the operator of the new facility.
The buyers were represented by Gregory Walwer, Ph.D of Academic Co-Realty Services (ACS), a real estate brokerage firm specializing in commercial land sales in Connecticut and New York. Hodson represented the seller, 2M Partners, LLC.
