Hodson Commercial completes two sales totaling $956,000 at 115 Technology Drive

Hodson Commercial (www.hodsoncommercial.com), a division of Hodson Realty, Inc. facilitated the sale of Unit A2A, 2,398 s/f office for Edward McKiernan, seller and Unit A2B, 1,132 s/f from E&S Properties, LLC, seller to Trishul Enterprises, LLC, buyer. The 3,400 s/f contiguous combined units will be occupied by Dr. Ronika Choudhary and will be used to accommodate her growing medical practice. The total sale price was $761,000. Stephen Hodson represented the seller and purchaser for the sale of Unit A2A. Lee Gabriel of the Gabriel Agency represented the seller of Unit A-2B and Hodson represented the purchaser of A-2B. In another transaction, Hodson Comm'l. facilitated the sale of 115 Technology Dr. Unit #CP100 for $195,000. The sale was between Dr. D. Cannavo, SMARC LLC, as seller and Yelena Sheptovitsky, Arvys Proteins, as buyer. Arvys Proteins Inc. is a contract research organization (CRO), which specializes in custom Protein Services for drug discovery and life science research. Hodson represented the buyer and seller.
