Hobbs Brook Management LLC signs Konica Minolta Business Solutions to 20,000 s/f lease
Hobbs Brook Management LLC has signed Konica Minolta Business Solutions to a 10-year lease for 20,000 s/f at 404 Wyman St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. The suite was fitted out by Majestic Construction and features an open office floor plan around the window line.
Private offices surround line the wall perimeters.
