Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay arranged the sale of a multifamily property. Hines represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.475 million. Hines also arranged the sale of an 18 unit multifamily property. Hines represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.085 million. The property is located at 130-132 Beaver St. & 247-249 Washington St. The property consists of four three-story buildings containing a total of 18 units, made up of 15 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and three one-bedroom/one-bathroom units in 14,806 s/f of living area, in 22,747 s/f of gross area. The location offers access to I-84, CT Rte. 9 and CT Rte. 72. CT transit bus transportation is available on Broad and Washington St. Walkable amenities include Save A Lot Supermarket, Walgreens, the YMCA and CT Fastrak’s New Britain Station. Additionally, the property is located less than two miles from Central Connecticut State University and 12 miles from downtown Hartford.
