The East Lyme-based firm of Hillyer Commercial and Pequot Commercial of Waterford have co-brokered the sale of the property located at 143 State St. to Bosswell Realty, LLC for $385,000.The one-story 9,000 s/f building with two store fronts houses the Bank Street Pawn Shop and recently the Mystic Fine Arts shop. Bob Boivin, a broker with Hillyer Commercial, and attorney Konstant Morell represented the buyer, Bosswell Realty LLC, while Norman Peck of Pequot Commercial and attorney Lewis Platt represented the sellers, Leland and Sandra Ryder. Hillyer Realty operates divisions in commercial and residential sales, leasing and management, and is located at 312 Flanders Rd. in East Lyme.
