The luncheon was held at the New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS office in North Haven.

Water continued to be recognized as a long-time driver of economic development in the Greater New Haven region, and luncheon topics focused on ways to tap into available resources and business possibilities. Hill said, “The regional Water Authority services 19 towns in New Haven County and covers the entire valley and up into Prospect & Cheshire. Currently I have numerous commercial listings and requirements in play and connecting to municipal water and learning about the RWA targeted industry analysts was very compelling.”

Hill is an active member of many commercial real estate organizations across Connecticut and the United States as a means for securing professional relationships, learn the latest trends and better represent his clients in today's high risk business climate.
