HFF sells 99-room Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown

Freeport, ME Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) brokered the sale of the 99-room Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown hotel located 20 minutes north of Portland.   

The HFF team marketed the property on behalf of the private seller and procured the buyer, AAM 15 Management, LLC. 

The Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown, located at 5 Park St., is the only hotel within its competitive set within walking distance of downtown, which is home to the Freeport Shopping Village featuring more than 150 outlets, retail stores, boutiques and restaurants, as well as the L.L. Bean flagship retail store and L.L. Bean Outdoor Discovery Center, which draws nearly three million visitors each year.  

Completed in 2005, the select-service hotel offers guests 7,500 s/f of meeting space, the Garden Grill & Bar, the Pavilion Pantry, a fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, guest laundry, car charging stations and complimentary WiFi.

The HFF investment advisory team representing the seller consisted of managing director Denny Meikleham, senior director Alan Suzuki and director Matthew Enright.
