Herz of Boston Realty Advisors secures $12.2 million financing

Hyannis, MA The Capital Markets Group of Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has secured senior debt financing for The Resort & Conference Center at Hyannis, a 232-key hotel property located at 35 Scudder Ave. Nicholas Herz, managing director and partner, arranged the $12.2 million refinance on behalf of the borrower, TFG Hyannis Hospitality, LLC.

“Financing an independent, seasonal resort property requires a sophisticated approach along with a deep understanding of the asset at the operating level.  As with all of our assignments, we immerse ourselves in the transaction in order to flawlessly execute for our clients,” said Herz.

The Resort & Conference Center at Hyannis consists of 232 guest rooms with 31,000 s/f of meeting space and amenities situated on over 50 acres.  Located in Cape Cod, the property is one mile from the beach and within walking distance to island ferry service. The facility is one of the largest hospitality properties in the region.

BRA is a Boston-based, privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm. Their full-service platform includes capital markets, tenant and landlord representation and property valuation services.
