Herz of Boston Realty Advisors Capital Markets secures $6.4 million senior debt financing through TD Bank

Wellesley, MA Boston Realty Advisors Capital Markets has secured senior debt financing for 25 Washington St., a 12,450 s/f, net-leased CVS.

Nicholas Herz, managing director and partner, who arranged the $6.4 million facility through TD Bank on behalf of the owner, said, “We are pleased to have exceeded our clients’ expectations during a highly volatile period in the debt markets, immediately following the election.”

25 Washington St., a two-unit condominium structure, was built in 2011 by National Development in conjunction with co-tenant, Newton-Wellesley Hospital. CVS committed to a long-term lease which is guaranteed by the parent company, CVS Caremark. The property draws from one of the nation’s most affluent suburban communities.
