Herrick Lutts Realty Partners brokers $2.05 million building sale

Salem, MA Herrick Lutts Realty Partners at Keller Williams Realty represented the seller, Beverly Overlook, LLC and procured the buyer, David Pabich, manager of Renewal Vetures, LLC in the $2.05 million sale of at 15 Winter St.

This 5,861 s/f building is situated on a 9,644 s/f lot near the Salem Common and the Commuter Rail. The building unit mix was comprised of eight studios, and four one bedroom units, and contained coin-op and fully updated electrical service and gas heat.
