Heritage Realty Services leases 2-acre parking lot
Heritage Realty Services, a New York-based boutique commercial ownership and development firm, has entered into a long-term net lease with absolute right to purchase a two-acre parking lot located at the corner of Steamboat Rd. and Oneida Dr. The parking lot is owned by Steamboat Road Property LLC.
