John Hennessey and Tim McDonough of GVA Williams of Massachusetts, along with Mark Friedman of GVA Williams in New York, represented Wolters Kluwer in their lease renewal of 20,440 s/f at 100 River Ridge Dr. The landlord, Cornerstone Corporation, was represented by Nathanael Kessler of CB Richard Ellis.
Wolters Kluwer decided to renew at the 100 River Ridge Drive location due to their long standing relationship with the building's ownership, Crosspoint, as well as the building's convenient access to the local commuter rail and all major highways. The building is located on a 50-acre wood campus with a hotel and conferencing center just across Route One.
