John Hennessey and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented R.F.Walsh Project Management Inc. in their 20,104 s/f lease at 51 Sleeper St. The landlord, Brickman, was represented by James Brady, David Martel, and Rebecca Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield.
R.F. Walsh is scheduled to relocate in October from their previous space at 280 Summer Street. After weighing their options in the marketplace, they chose the space at 51 Sleeper Street, adjacent to the Fort Point Channel, providing them location and value with water views and other similar tenants in the building. Another tenant is the non-profit organization, United Way.
