Healey of CBRE/New England brokers sale for Milton CAT

Warner, NH CBRE/New England completed the sale of 780 Route 103 West, a 49,880 s/f industrial service facility. CBRE/NE’s Chris Healey represented the seller, Milton CAT, and procured the buyer, CS Properties LLC.

Built in 1988 with Commercial-1 zoning, 780 Route 103 West is comprised of a 35,500 s/f service shop with 6,380 s/f of air-conditioned office and separate 9,100 s/f warehouse with eight drive-in doors. The property offers visibility on Rte. 103 and is located less than 0.5 miles from exit 7 off I-89, 13 miles from Concord and within a 35-minute drive to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

“780 Route 103 West boasts many features that will add value for CS Properties, who is a user with a very active presence throughout northern New England,” said Healey. “Additionally, the property is situated on 90 acres of land and sits just off I-89, offering great accessibility and plenty of room for future expansion/development opportunities.”

“We have worked with a number of real estate companies across the Northeast and what was really different about this sale was the communication. Chris and the team at CBRE/NE really kept us informed,” said Milton CAT facilities manager Brad Farrin. “We knew the process and so did prospective buyers, which made for a smooth transaction free of surprises.”
