* Elaine Construction Company at Echo Bridge Office Park has expanded its offices to 6,980 s/f in order to accommodate their growing business. Thomas Aitkin, senior V.P. at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Elaine Construction and Mary Butler of Haynes Mgmt.represented the owner, Echo Bridge LLC.
* Summit Orthopedic Therapy expanded its business operation after starting out at 47 River St. and moving to larger space of 1,529 s/f at 40 Washington St. in Wellesley Hills. Summit Orthopedic Therapy was represented by Leeanne Rizzo, associate V.P. at Colliers International and Chad Bradley of Haynes Mgmt. represented Haymac LLC.
* Dermatology and Skin Care Associates, P.C. expanded their practice to take the entire third floor containing 4,000 s/f at 10 Laurel Ave. Vida Doyle of Haynes Mgmt. represented Dermatology and Skin Care Associates and Mary Butler represented Wellesley/Laurel LLC, the building owner.
