Hawkins of CBRE/New England represents MARIC, Inc. in 23,903 s/f in three leases

On behalf of MARIC, Inc., a Needham-based owner, manager and developer of real estate in the Greater Boston area, CBRE/New England completed three leases totaling 23,903 s/f at New England Business Center. MARIC has owned and managed the four-building, 237,000 s/f master-planned office park since December 2012. Meadowbrook/TPA Associates renewed their 15,259 s/f lease at 10 New England Business Center. Little Sprouts Growing Center signed a new 5,288 s/f lease at 15 New England Business Center. Andover Personnel renewed their 3,356 s/f lease at 35 New England Business Center. CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord. Cresa's Joseph Doyle represented Meadowbrook/TPA, a provider of workers' compensation markets for independent insurance agents. Cushman & Wakefield's Matthew Adams represented Little Sprouts, a network of early education centers in and around Greater Boston and southern N.H. Andover Personnel, an employment agency, was self-represented. "Situated just 25 miles north of Boston, New England Business Center is a distinguished office park with terrific accessibility and a number of on-site amenities," said Olson Hawkins. The leasing activity at NEBC is a testament to MARIC, Inc.'s distinction as a landlord." New England Business Center is a four-building, 237,000 s/f master-planned office park. The park encompasses 42 acres of land and features views of the Merrimack River and a natural wooded surrounding. Amenities include an on-site Little Sprouts Daycare, a cafeteria and fitness room with showers and lockers; a full-service Marriott Courtyard Hotel and Wyndham Hotel are adjacent to the office park. The park is situated at the junction of I-93 and River Rd. and minutes from I-495 and Rte. 128. New England Business Center offers proximity to southern New Hampshire and convenient access from Boston.
