The Harvard Management Company, Inc. project involved 58,536 s/f on multiple contiguous floors (13-16) in a high-rise building for an investment management company. This multi-phased project included the design of a four-story, cantilevered communicating stair and the salvage and reuse of many materials and existing furniture. The project is LEED Gold certified.
