Harris of New England Environmental certified as a asbestos project designer

Joel Harris of New England Environmental, Inc. (NEE) has achieved certification as a Mass. asbestos project designer. The certification was issued by the Mass. Dept. of Labor Standards. Harris is now licensed in Mass. to design asbestos abatement projects, produce technical specifications and manage the bidding process and contractor selection. Harris is a project manager at NEE in the environmental division. Harris is also a Mass. licensed asbestos inspector and project monitor and has ten years of experience conducting asbestos inspections and providing asbestos project monitoring services including asbestos abatement oversight and final air clearance.
