Harrington and Nickerson of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. handle deals

Concord, MA Aaron Harrington of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc represented North Bridge Podiatry in the sale of an office condo consisting of 3,277 s/f at the Spillway Building, 1732 Main St. in Concord, for $472,500. The buyer was McEvoy & Stuntz, attorneys. The Spillway Building features office and residential space spread across four floors with a parking deck below. It is located on Rte. 62 alongside the Assabet River.

Also, Harrington completed two lease transactions, totaling 9,000 s/f. Harrington helped relocate Continental Carbonic from Lynn, to 4,500 s/f of industrial space at 11 Westford Rd. in Ayer. He also helped Real Kids Shades relocate and expand their Acton based headquarters, by securing 5,100 s/f of flex space at 20 Main St.

In another deal, Nate Nickerson, associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties, completed a lease transaction, totaling 7,300 s/f. Nickerson represented the landlord Paragon Communications, Inc. and Nate and Eric O’Brien represented Comprehensive Environmental Inc. in their relocation from Marlborough, to 7,300 s/f of class A, executive office space at 41 Main St. in Bolton.
