Hardiman and Pearson join Elaine Construction

Elaine Construction has appointed Chris Hardiman as chief estimator. A construction and real estate specialist with over 25 years of experience, Hardiman joins Elaine's estimating team, leading a group of estimators, bringing his organizational skills, active mentoring style, and an astute micro/macro sensibility. They also welcome Keith Pearson as a site superintendent. Pearson brings 15 years in the industry specializing in laboratories, and corporate tenant interiors projects. Prior to joining Elaine, Hardiman's experience includes serving as vice president, senior estimator of Jones Lang LaSalle Construction. Over the past 15 years, his experience in commercial project construction, tenant improvement and life sciences projects includes award-winning buildings. Hardiman has developed a precise yet creative style which has served his clients well in the early planning stages of a project. Hardiman most recently served as construction superintendent for Jones Lang LaSalle Const. where he was responsible for supervision and coordination of field operations. "As our company grows we continue to seek out the best and brightest and both Chris' and Keith's experience and reputation in the industry support this effort, said Lisa Wexler, president of Elaine Const. Their skills dovetail nicely with the work we are pursuing and for which we have build expertise over the past four decades." Hardiman holds a BS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Hardiman holds a Diploma from Whittier Regional Vocational High School in Carpentry, a MA Construction Supervisors License, a City of Boston ABC Builders License.
