Hannah, Stillwater and Summer Partners develop Townhomes at The Metropolitan
Mayor Dannel Malloy joined project developers Seth Weinstein, principal of Hannah Real Estate Investors and Ray Kinol of Stillwater Investment Management at a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Townhomes at The Metropolitan, one of Stamford's first Manhattan-style condominium and townhome communities valued at $35 million. The ceremony took place on site in downtown Stamford at 14 First St.
Weinstein spoke at the ceremony, "The townhomes represent an exceptional value only 40 minutes from downtown Manhattan and in the heart of Stamford. I want to thank Mayor Malloy, and all of the many people who made this project possible."
Each of the 12 townhomes has 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, sophisticated stone, tile, metal, and glass materials and stainless steel appliances.
The townhomes range in size from 2,066 to 2,500 s/f with three and four bedrooms.
In addition to the townhomes, The Metropolitan offers condominium residences and penthouse units with private terraces and views. The loft residences represents a conversion of a 66,000 s/f office building in Stamford.
The Metropolitan was developed by Weinstein, in partnership with Paxton Kinol and R. Kinol of Stillwater Investment Management and Steven Wise of Summer Partners, LLC.
