Hannah R. E. Investors and Stillwater Inv. Mgmt. celebrate opening of $66m project
Mayor Dannel Malloy joined project developers Seth Weinstein, principal of Hannah Real Estate Investors, and Paxton and Ray Kinol of Stillwater Investment Management at a ribbon cutting ceremony for Glenview House, 25 Glenbrook Road.  
"This is an exciting day for the developers, and for the city of Stamford.  Glen View House forms the gateway to a revitalized East Side", said Weinstein. "We have today opened a brand new residential building of the highest caliber that will soon be home to Stamford's first Walgreens."
GlenView House, a mixed-use residential and retail building on the corner of Glen Brook Rd. and East Main St., consists of 15,000 s/f of retail space leased to Walgreens and 146 residential rental apartments. The development is now leasing.
The $66 million project is being financed through a construction and acquisition loan with Bank of America.  
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations. In addition to the 3,500 s/f building, the project will include infrastructure upgrades
