Hanna of Cassidy Turley completes $15 million purchase for Ken's Foods, Inc.

Cassidy Turley recently completed a $15 million sale on behalf of Ken's Foods, Inc. at 325 Turnpike Rd. Previously owned by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, the 350,000 s/f warehouse served as a former site of Verizon, which leased the building until 2009 and owned the building prior to leasing. The Marlborough-based company, which makes and distributes more than 400 dressings, marinades and sauces, will use the new space and its surrounding 51-acres for finished goods distribution. Senior managing director, principal at Cassidy Turley Kevin Hanna represented Ken's Foods in the transaction. Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' John Lashar represented the seller, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors. "With an extensive amount of surrounding land and a convenient location along Route 9, this property gives Ken's Foods room to continue growing and expanding," Hanna said. "As a member of the family that founded Ken's Foods, I am excited to be part of a sale that will help the company continue to achieve its business goals for years to come." "As a company with its roots in the Commonwealth, Ken's Foods is looking forward to continued expansion in its home state," said Bob Merchant, COO at Ken's Foods.
