Hanna Commercial to auction 110,000 s/f former Unilever Operations Center on Nov. 5

Trumbull, CT The former Unilever Operations Center is scheduled for an on-site live real estate auction on November 5. The 110,000 s/f office building/data center is located at 55 Merritt Blvd., in the Trumbull Corporate Park Development. Recently valued at $13.5 million, the property will be offered subject to a Published Reserve Price of $4.985 million (only $45 per s/f).
