Hanna and Teague of Cassidy Turley represent C&M Technologies in 147,878 s/f lease

According to Cassidy Turley, C&M Technologies has moved from 51 South Walnut St. in Wauregan, CT, to 349 Lake Rd. C&M Technologies, a vertically integrated manufacturer of wire and cable, cable cords and cable assemblies, will occupy 147,878 s/f in the building. 349 Lake Rd. was constructed in 1978 as a large industrial manufacturing building. The property includes 12 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors, including 40 acres of excel land available for build-to-suit. The site also features 15,600 s/f of air-conditioned office space and offers easy access to I-84. Executive managing director and principal Kevin Hanna and Sean Teague of Cassidy Turley represented C&M Technologies. Keith Kumnick of Colliers International represented the landlord, the Grossman Companies. "This new facility is the perfect location for C&M Technologies," said Hanna. "They will be able to continue building their reputation as a Connecticut manufacturing company with all the resources they need for development." "With nearly 50 years of manufacturing experience, we are thrilled to continue our work as a leading manufacturer of standard and custom cable products in Killingly," said John Laskowsky, president and CEO of C&M Technologies. "As we continue to expand, our new facility will support our ability to solve our customers' most difficult cable design problems and deliver unrivaled cable assembly."
