Hancock Associates acquires Noonan & McDowell, a land surveying and civil engineering firm

Billerica, MA Hancock Associates has acquired Noonan & McDowell, a land surveying and civil engineering firm located at 25 Bridge St. Noonan & McDowell was founded in 1986 by John Noonan, PLS, PE and Malcolm McDowell, PLS, PE.  Over the years, the firm has built an impeccable reputation serving developers, homeowners and municipalities in Mass. and N.H.

“Joining Hancock Associates was an easy decision,” said Noonan. “I conducted an extensive search for a firm with the same ideals and goals for the future and the ability to safely archive Noonan & McDowell’s 30 years of property line evidence collection data for the greater good of the community. Hancock was a perfect match.”
