Halloran and Rizzo of NAI Hunneman handle 20,000 s/f in leases for The Panther Group

Maynard, MA Senior vice presidents Ned Halloran and Leeanne Rizzo of NAI Hunneman (formerly of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) completed three lease transactions for The Panther Group totaling 20,000 s/f of office space at three locations. Over the course of the past 18 months Halloran and Rizzo have helped The Panther Group grow its footprint by relocating and expanding its 3 key offices in the Greater Boston region including the recent lease pact to relocate its corporate headquarters to Mill & Main where it will occupy 11,000 s/f. Additionally the workforce solutions firm is leasing 6,000 s/f at 40 Summer St. in Boston; and 1,200 s/f at 100 International Dr. in Portsmouth, NH.

The landlords in these transactions were represented by John Gifford and Richard Beal of Perry Brokerage (40 Summer St.); Sam Crossan, Bob McGuire and Rob Walles of CBRE (Mill & Main); and Two International Group (100 International Dr.).
