Halloran and Hannigan of NAI Hunneman completes 8,507 s/f lease

Braintree, MA NAI Hunneman completed an 8,507 s/f lease transaction with State Electric Corp. at 2 Adams Place. The transaction is a new location for the full-service, electrical construction company based in Bedford. 

NAI Hunneman senior vice president Ned Halloran and associate Sean Hannigan represented State Electric, while the landlord was represented by Sean Teague, Kate Lien and George O’Connor of Cushman & Wakefield.
