Halloran and Hannigan of NAI Hunneman completes 8,507 s/f lease
Braintree, MA NAI Hunneman completed an 8,507 s/f lease transaction with State Electric Corp. at 2 Adams Place. The transaction is a new location for the full-service, electrical construction company based in Bedford.
NAI Hunneman senior vice president Ned Halloran and associate Sean Hannigan represented State Electric, while the landlord was represented by Sean Teague, Kate Lien and George O’Connor of Cushman & Wakefield.
“State Electric decided to open a South Shore location to better serve its employees and customers located in that area,” said Halloran. “Adams Place is a class A office park located at the Braintree split in the heart of the 128 South Submarket. The complex provides a professional environment as well as immediate access to a wealth of area amenities for its employees.”
