GVA Williams hires Peabody and Bartholomew

GVA Williams welcomes two experienced brokers to the suburban brokerage team. Lowell Peabody, senior VP, and Jim Bartholomew, VP, will be focusing on serving the 495 and 128 suburban markets in representing tenants, property owners, and investors. Peabody is a 28-year industry veteran and prior to joining GVA Williams, worked as a senior vice president at NAI Hunneman. He has worked with a wide spectrum of corporate tenants and property owners/investors resulting in some of the largest property representation assignments and corporate acquisitions. Bartholomew also joins GVA Williams from NAI Hunneman, where he specialized in tenant representation in the Metrowest marketplace. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for six years and prior to that worked as a recruiter for Carter/McKay, Inc. placing personnel. "We are pleased to welcome Peabody and Bartholomew to the GVA Williams team. Their expertise will enhance the strength of our team, as has been part of the mission of our recent merger," said John Hennessey, president of GVA.
