GVA Williams brokers $4.8 million sale to AvalonBay Communities
GVA Williams sold eight acres at 917 Bridgeport Ave. to AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Avalon plans on building a 99-unit apartment complex. The property was owned by Cranberry Hill LLC.
According to Dominick Musilli, the sole broker on the transaction, "It was a pleasure working with both AvalonBay and Cranberry Hill throughout the process. I believe all of the parties involved, including the city of Shelton, were ultimately pleased with the outcome."
