Guralnick of O,R&L Commercial represents L & A Realty in $830,000 sale

West Haven, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the sale of a 24,317 s/f light industrial/flex building on 1.25 acres. The property is located across from the Metro-North West Haven train station at 45 Railroad Ave. The property sold for $830,000. 

Richard Guralnick, CCIM of O,R&L Commercial in Branford, represented the seller, L & A Realty. The buyer, Pinpoint Promotions & Printing, LLC was represented by Steve Gentile of Keller Williams Realty. 

The building was formerly occupied by Manufacturers Associates, Inc. The new owners Pinpoint Promotions will move their full service, marketing and production agency to this new location. 

O,R&L Commercial represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
