According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Rich Guralnick, CCIM has leased 1,600 s/f at 1008 Main St. to Prospect Mortgage, LLC. Prospect Mortgage is one of the nation's leading residential lenders and, despite the tough housing and economic times, is in an expasion mode throughout the state. The new office location at 1008 Main will be Prospect's fifth in the state and will provide lending services to all towns from New Haven to the Rhode Island border. Rich Guralnick of H. Pearce Commercial represented the owner, 665 Foxon Rd., LLC, and Robert Chavez of Guardian Commercial Realty out of Los Angeles represented the tenant.
