Grzybek joins Herrick Lutts Realty Partners

Beverly, MA According to Herrick Lutts Realty Partners, Jason Grzybek has joined the agency as a real estate agent. Grzybek, who previously was a sales associate with Keller Williams, began his career as a property manager for Corcoran Management Company in Braintree, Mass., managing a portfolio of 1,000 apartment units.

While with Keller Williams, he was named the 2018 Rookie of the Year of the Salem/Beverly, Topsfield, Newburyport offices based on GCI (Gross Commission Income).

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Grzybek has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011 and earned his Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Grzybek grew up in Topsfield, Massachusetts and presently makes his home in Danvers where in his spare time he enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, driving classic cars, and “hanging out with my German Shepherd.”
