Grubb & Ellis represents Resin Designs LLC in 25,200 s/f lease for new corporate headquarters
Grubb & Ellis Company recently represented Resin Designs LLC in the lease of 25,200 s/f of class A R&D/flex space at 11 State St. from Woburn State Development LLC.
The new lease represents a corporate headquarters relocation for Resin Designs, a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of adhesive material, performs and films for microelectronics and other industrial applications. Resin Designs was previously located at 31 Dunham Rd. in Billerica.
Grubb & Ellis' Paul Delaney, senior associate, office group, facilitated the transaction on behalf of Resin Designs. NAI Hunnerman represented the landlord.
