Grubb & Ellis and Lincoln Property co-lease 26,648 s/f prop. for Optos
Optos will be relocating their U.S. headquarters to 67 Forest St.
The firm signed a long-term lease for 26,648 s/f of office space on the third floor. Optos' growth necessitated the relocation of their headquarters.
Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook with Grubb & Ellis represented Optos. The landlord, Realty Financial Partners was represented by Kevin Malloy and Tim Latham of Lincoln Property Company.
