Grill of Fairlane Properties handles 72,299 s/f lease to Verizon N.E.

Woburn, MA Fairlane Properties, Inc. completed the long-term lease extension to Verizon New England of 72,299 s/f at 275 Wildwood Ave. Verizon’s facility includes indoor and outdoor parking for its truck fleet which services the immediate area. The property also contains mechanic bays for trucks, offices, meeting rooms and storage space. Verizon first occupied the facility in 2005.

An affiliate of Fairlane Properties purchased the 174,000 s/f facility in July 2011. Anixter, a global distributor of communication and security products, occupies the remainder of the building.

Amy Perlman of CBRE represented Verizon. Michael Grill of Fairlane Properties represented the landlord, Fairlane Wildwood, LLC.
