Grill and Brown of Fairlane Props. handle 5 leases totaling 11,000 s/f at 1035 Cambridge St.

Fairlane Properties, Inc. has arranged 5 new leases totaling approximately 11,000 s/f to technology and not-for profit companies at 1035 Cambridge St. Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties are serving as exclusive leasing agent for Fairlane Columbia, LLC. Tenants have been drawn to 1035 Cambridge St. because of its location near East Cambridge as well as its proximity to Central, Inman and Union Sqs. Tenants include Blue Coda, a web-based marketing and strategy company (moving from Bent St. in East Cambridge), Musa Technology Partners, a information technology company, AccuQuest Hearing Centers, Geek Offices, shared office suites for web-based professionals, and Transition House, a not-for-profit relocating from Central Sq. Besides being attracted to the area because of its intellectual capital, tenants have come to 1035 Cambridge St. because of its shared conference center, newly installed Comcast Business Service, full-time building superintendent, proximity to MIT, inexpensive and plentiful parking and Inman Sq.'s many amenities. AccuQuest Hearing Centers was represented by Michael Alberico of Paramount Partners, Geek Offices was represented by Adam Brinch and Robert Fitzgerald of CB Richard Ellis and Transition House was represented by Greg Larsen of NAI Hunneman.
