Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties represented the landlord, Delhi Trust, in the leasing of 6,200 s/f to three tenants at 15 Ward St. These three tenants included IntAct Labs represented by David Bergeron at T3 Realty Advisors, cheezwhse.com represented by Joel Miller of Perishable Management Services, Inc. and Home for Little Wanderers represented by Ben Coffin at Colliers Meredith & Grew.
In addition to leasing properties owned by affiliates of Fairlane, including 1035 Cambridge St. in Cambridge and Chapel Business Center in Newton, Grill and Brown of Fairlane serve as landlord representative to owners of office buildings and also as tenant representative to tenants.
