Griffin Land completes lease renewals and expansions totaling 121,139 s/f

Griffin Land has completed lease transactions totaling 121,139 s/f at 754 Rainbow Rd., located within its New England Tradeport business park. AAR Corp. has extended its lease and expanded its 48,457 s/f premises by 23,416 s/f, for a total of 71,873 s/f. In addition, Velux agreed to a long term extension of its lease of 49,266 s/f. 754 Rainbow Rd. is a 136,867 s/f first-class industrial building located within New England Tradeport, a 600-acre master business park planned and developed by Griffin Land, in Windsor and East Granby Conn. The park has highway access, with a four lane state route connection to I-91, and only a short drive to connect with I-90 & I-84. New England Tradeport presently consists of fifteen industrial buildings totaling over 2.6 million s/f, with additional permitted and un-entitled sites able to accommodate an additional 2 million s/f of development. New England Tradeport is home to some of America's top companies, including Domino's, Eaton Corporation, FedEx, Matheson, Pepsi, Pitney Bowes, UPS, Tire Rack, Velux, Walgreen's and Westinghouse.
