Greenwich Office Park adds new café in 1,400 s/f space - Food Studio

Greenwich, CT Greenwich Office Park has added a new café, Food Studio, as part of their expansion of amenities at the park. Earlier in 2023 a new fitness center opened in 3,500 s/f, featuring 40+ pieces of cardio and strength and conditioning equipment.

Food Studio, located at 5 Greenwich Office Park, first floor, is operated by restaurateur Jody Pennette, president and owner of cb5Hospitality in Hawthorne, NY. 

Open from 7:30 am to 5 pm daily, Food Studio is committed to serving dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creative flair. Expert chefs craft menus that nourish body and soul from nutritious breakfast options to satisfying salads and bowls. Specialty coffee is also expertly brewed to order. Some feature items include both healthy and indulgent items from avocado toast, smoothies and acai bowls to hot carved sandwiches, paninis, salads, soup, cookies and cosmic brownies, as well as energy bars, hummus and veggies and cheese and charcuterie, served daily.

The Food Studio space encompasses 1,400 s/f with seating for 30 plus a private dining room available for rent to tenants which seats an additional 12. Catering and delivery services are also available for park tenants.

“Food Studio is a welcome addition to Greenwich Office Park,” said Christian Bilella, senior vice president of leasing and property management. 

“The new café is a convenient meeting space and gives us the opportunity to bring our tenants together to foster a collaborative and connected community.”
