Greene of Compass brokers $1.305 million sale

Providence, RI Compass has finalized the sale of 28 Orchard Place for $1.305 million. The property closed for $40,000 over asking price. Kira Greene, founding agent of Compass Providence, represented the seller in this transaction.

This East Side Colonial has been meticulously redesigned, effortlessly blending modern living with timeless charm. The home features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and Scandinavian hardwoods throughout. Located on a rare East Side cul-de-sac, the property is just steps away from Wayland Square’s cafes, restaurants and shops.

Year to date, Greene ranks as the #1 selling agent on the East Side by transaction count.* Her success in Rhode Island’s luxury market is exemplified by the 15 $1 million+ property transactions she has sold/placed under agreement this year. In 2022, Kira closed over $60 million in sales volume, leading to her recognition by RealTrends as part of the top 1.5% of agents nationwide.

“As a home renovator and interior designer, I am beyond impressed with the listing representation provided to me by Kira Greene and Compass,” said seller, Alex Crecelius of ALEX INTERIORS.

“Through this sale, I’ve experienced an elevated level of exposure, strategic partnership and client service that the East Side market needs.”
