Greenberg of Howard Properties, Ltd. and Stoddard of Jones Lang LaSalle represent Cervalis, LLC in 167,691 s/f lease

Cervalis, LLC has signed a long-term lease with landlord FPG Norden DC, LLC (a subsidiary of Fortis Property Group, LLC) for a new 167,691 s/f data center and disaster recovery center to be built in a new class A office building at 10 Norden Place. Howard Greenberg SIOR, president of Howard Properties, Ltd., in partnership with John Stoddard CCIM, vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Cervalis, LLC. Jodie Dostal, senior director, Cushman & Wakefield of CT, Inc. represented the landlord FPG Norden DC. This is one of the largest lease transactions in Fairfield County to date this year and the largest build-to-suit in 12 years in Fairfield County. Since Cervalis's founding in 2000, Greenberg has represented the company in more than 470,000 s/f of leases in Dutchess County, N.Y.; Totowa, N.J. and Stamford, as well as its headquarters lease in Shelton, Conn. Stoddard has collaborated with Greenberg on Cervalis's Stamford and Shelton transactions. With the new data center, Cervalis' operations centers will total more than 470,000 s/f of space in N.Y., N.J., and Conn. Its clients include organizations of all sizes, from emerging companies to Fortune 500 corporations, including financial services, insurance, health care/pharmaceuticals, government, education, utilities, energy, media/entertainment, manufacturing, transportation, retail and not-for-profit.
