Green of The Begley Cos. brokers sale of 20,000 s/f prop for Jack Smillie, Inc. - $2m
After 80 years in the candy business, Jack Smillie, Inc. closed its doors and sold their property at 15 Linscott Rd. The buyer, A & G Centerless Grinding, expanded its Woburn based metal manufacturing shop. The property is a 20,000 s/f modern block building situated on 1.70 acres of land. The property sold for $2 million.
Courtney Green, vice president of The Begley Companies represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

In addition Green represented Connolly Printing in the leasing of 12,000 s/f of industrial space located at 17 Gill St.
