Woburn, MA Courtney Green of The Begley Companies and John Bacini of The Thomas Group leased a 10,000 s/f stand alone industrial building at 8 Adele Rd. Green represented the tenant, Practical Application, Inc., a Boston-based environmental engineering company.

“Practical Applications, Inc. expands its operations to a new Woburn facility to launch their electromechanical unit operations laboratory. This will give us a capability that none of our consulting engineering competitors have today,” said CEO, Gary Broberg.

Bacini represented the owner, Two L. Property Holding, LLC.

Earlier this year, Green sold the neighboring building at 6 Adele Rd. Green represented both the seller and buyer. The building is a 11,000 s/f  manufacturing building. The property sold for $1.4 million. The property was purchased by Razor Tool.

Razor Tool produces high performance cutting tools and specializes in machining services.

“The Woburn industrial market has been extremely strong the last few years and we see no signs of it slowing down. The inventory is limited and area is desired by businesses of all kinds, that’s a recipe for any successful real estate market,” said Green.
