Green Leaf Construction renovates GracePoint Community Church
North Andover, MA Green Leaf Construction has recently completed renovations and second floor expansion of a former gymnastics facility into the new home for GracePoint Community åChurch. Designed by Maugel Architects of Harvard, Mass, the project has transformed the building, previously filled with equipment, raised flooring, and slab pits into a new place of worship for GracePoint’s growing and thriving congregation. An expansion of the slab-on-deck for the second floor provides classroom and common spaces for the organization’s youth programming with space below for offices, a nursery and fellowship areas.
“This new building provides us with much needed space to accommodate our continued growth,” said Pastor Ryan Phelps. “We are so happy with the transformation this facility underwent to become our new home.”
