Greatland Realty and Long Wharf Capital acquire two buildings in Lexington, MA

Lexington, MA Greatland Realty Partners and Long Wharf Capital have partnered to acquire two buildings. Located at 25 and 40 Hartwell Ave., the fully-leased buildings include 65,000 s/f of lab and office space.
