Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. and Aho Properties team up on $2.15 million sale

Northborough, MA Bret O’Brien, Ben Gatti and Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. represented the seller, Adam Allison, LLC, in the sale of 107 Otis St. The 21,000 s/f office building sold for $2.15 million and was purchased by Miraan, LLC, who was represented by Joel Aho of Aho Properties.

The buyer is a user and plans to occupy space on the first floor of the building.
