The sale of the property came out to be $746,528 per acre and according to public record the property sold for $1.075 million.
Sugar River Bank is one of the oldest banks in the region with offices located primarily in the western part of the state.
Sugar River Bank was established in 1895 and this is their first bank venture in 20 years expanding into the Concord region.
