Grappone of Keller Williams completes two sales - Includes $550,000 sale of 265 South River Road, Bedford
David Grappone of Keller Williams Commercial recently completed the sale of the former Midas Muffler Building at 840 Second St. to TK Properties DBA Prompto Ten Minute Oil Change. Prompto continues to grow in the state with this property being its seventh location.
Miran LCC Granite Realty was the seller. Grappone represented both parties in the transaction.
Also, Grappone completed the sale of Barco Auto and Truck Top site located at 265 South River Rd. in Bedford, NH to Eastern Interior Construction LLC of Nashua. According to the Registry of Deeds this property sold for $550,000. Eastern will relocate to the site for its new headquarters and intends to lease the remaining space.
William and Geraldine Demmerie were the sellers. Grappone represent both parties in the transaction.
