"Synergy has experienced tremendous growth and success because of the strong team we have assembled," said David Greaney, founder and president of Synergy Investments. "Jim has distinguished himself as an invaluable member of our management team." Commenting on his promotion, Grady is grateful for being appointed senior director and looking forward to expanding his management responsibilities at Synergy Investments.
